Responsibilities Managing customer interactions via phone email and chat Providing accurate information troubleshooting support and user guidance Documenting cases through internal systems Ensuring a positive user experience through clear and empathetic communication Candidate Requirements C2 level French B1 / B2 English for internal communication EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal Ability and willingness to relocate Strong communication problem-solving skills and customer focus Previous customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory) Ready to Build Your Career in Portugal If you are looking for a stable opportunity with full relocation support and the chance to work on the Facebook project we would be happy to receive your application.
