We are looking for a hands-on student to join our Paris Operations team. As a Logistic Partners Coordinator, you will actively support our core business and be the local eyes and ears on the ground in Paris. This role will tackle challenges all along our operational journey, from the moment a scooter arrives in our warehouse, until a customer ends their ride. This role is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping the future of mobility in the most exciting city.

**What You'll Do**:

- Find and onboard new logistic partners with the new Lime operations standards, contribute ramping them up accordingly
- Work on new ways to manage our ground operations such as decentralized warehouses (e.g., in parking facilities) in collaboration with our city compliance manager
- Contribute to building a safer, more compliant and efficient out-of-warehouse environment where Lime's operations team supplies a fully operational fleet of vehicles in your city
- Supervise Lime's daily out-of-warehouse operations which includes fleet and inventory management, spare part maintenance and repairs
- Build new processes together with the Operations Manager and identify best practices to drive operational excellence
- Participate in cross-functional projects to identify cost reduction opportunities and improvement projects
- Set up and monitor KPIs that measure the operational performance of your city

**About You**:

- You are in your last year of preparing a business or engineering diploma (or similar) and are looking for a 6-month internship
- You are interested in issues related to mobility, sustainability and field operations
- You are able to work with people from different backgrounds (from field operator to executive in an international scope)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You are versatile and know how to train yourself (software or data for instance)
- Your curiosity, your strength of proposal and your ability to synthesize will enable you to carry out this mission successfully
- Fluent verbal and written language skills in English
