You’ll work closely with our Regional People Manager – Region West and collaborate with a dedicated local team in France (Office Manager and Payroll & HR Specialist), as well as our wider People Team across Europe. With around 150 employees across three offices, your influence will be impacting the organization. What you will do Act as a trusted advisor to the business Lead and support key HR functions: payroll, learning & development, compensation & benefits, legal topics, and more Own the performance review process and drive organizational change Support the integration of a newly acquired company Champion employee experience and engagement Contribute to high‑impact, cross‑functional projects Why This Role Is Exciting? Cultural integration following a merger Implementation of a new payroll provider Alignment of employee benefits across regions What we are looking for Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related fields. 7 to 10 years of professional experience in HR, particularly in roles such as HR Business Partner (HRPBP) or similar positions. Proven track record as an HRPBP with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Full professional proficiency in English and French, with exceptional written skills in both languages. In‑depth understanding of employment law in France. Familiarity with compensation and benefits, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement strategies. Knowledge of payroll processes. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A curious mind with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and adaptability and agility in a dynamic fast‑paced environment.
