People Business Partner – Lyon, France sennder is Europe's leading digital freight forwarder. We're looking for a passionate and driven People Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Lyon, France. What You Will Do Act as a trusted advisor to the business Lead and support key HR functions: payroll, learning & development, compensation & benefits, legal topics, and more Own the performance review process and drive organizational change Support the integration of a newly acquired company Champion employee experience and engagement Contribute to high‑impact, cross‑functional projects Upcoming Projects (2026) Cultural integration following a merger Implementation of a new payroll provider Alignment of employee benefits across regions What We Are Looking For Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related fields. 7 to 10 years of professional experience in HR, particularly in roles such as HR Business Partner (HRPBP) or similar positions. Proven track record as an HRPBP with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Full professional proficiency in English and French, with exceptional written skills in both languages. In‑depth understanding of employment law in France. Familiarity with compensation and benefits, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement strategies. Knowledge of payroll processes. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A curious mind with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and adaptability/agility in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
