Accounting and Payment Technician

<p>The accounting team at the Paris branch consists of 5 people. Three of them handle accounting tax and various reports to our central bank. One is responsible for managing and tracking all branch overhead expenses.</p>
<h3>About the job:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Managing and tracking the portfolio of commercial paper.</li>
<li>Managing and controlling expense reports for branch employees.</li>
<li>Managing and tracking check remittances and outstanding payments from our clients.</li>
<li>Managing and tracking bank charges billed by our correspondent banks.</li>
<li>Managing and processing corporate credit cards for branch employees.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>University entrance exam 2 years of university studies or equivalent.</li>
<li>No prior experience required.</li>
<li>Languages: French Spanish (English optional if you speak Spanish).</li>
<li>Accounting and/or banking knowledge.</li>
<li>Skills: Teamwork change management initiative.</li>
</ul>
