We are looking for a self-started Senior Accountant to lay the foundation for game-changing nanomedicine research to help millions of patients around the globe. Since our inception, our team has been committed to researching and developing disruptive nanomedicine approaches that could revolutionise the way many cancers are treated.

Nanobiotix designs and manufactures nanoparticles that safely enhance the efficacy of radiation therapy in the treatment of cancer. We believe that radiotherapy combined with NBTXR3 can become a new standard of care in cancer treatment.

Tasks
- Assist the Accounting Senior Manager and participate with the accounting team in the overall accounting of Nanobiotix SA company, main Group’s affiliate and holding company, especially with regards to cash transactions and payments monitoring, bank loans follow-up, equity instruments follow-up and records, clinical and non-clinical accruals review and records, Revenue and overall order to cash process, and Tax filings (amongst other topics);
- Coordinate relationships with banks of the company, monitor bank fees and optimize treasury investments, participate to FX rates and hedging strategy if needed; Manage ad-hoc requests related to treasury or money

transfers matters, including affiliates bank accounts and cash-pooling procedure, and for treasury policy regular updates.
- Participate in the timely closing of monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual accounts, and help in overall improvement of statutory and consolidated accounts closing process, in an environment requiring a high level of quality and internal control (SOX);
- Participate with the Accounting Senior Manager and the accounting team in financial audits and help on adhoc requests which may arise from the CFO, Head of Group Controlling, and other operations departments;
- Take part in the overall improvement of accounting processes & tools, and in level of controls, to support the group’s growth and SOX controls requirements.
- Take part in various finance function transformation projects : equity incentives plan to be deployed on a specific tool, ERP change, e-invoicing, P2P automatization process

**Requirements**:

- A least 5 years of experience in General Accounting, with treasury tasks within the scope
- A first experience in an audit firm would be appreciated
- Must have a Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic tools
- Demonstrate a good level of professional skill and knowledge in accounting and tax; keep awareness on regulations developments and trends
- Appetite for or/and experience in treasury management

Used to a working environment with high level of control and full audit-track requirements
- A very good English command, both written and verbal
- Experience in project management for the implementation of a new ERP system would be preferred
- Knowledge of SAGE would be preferred (accounting system, payment and purchase ordering modules)
