Scope & Responsibilities As a Care Expert, your primary mission is to transform member requests into delightful experiences. Provide instant, accurate solutions to member inquiries via email, chat, and call‑back channels. Translate member needs into actionable solutions and follow up until resolution. Document interactions and insights in internal systems. Coordinate with B2B partners and internal care teams. Qualifications Passion for helping others and solving member challenges. Full proficiency in French and English (written & spoken). Comfort with digital tools and technology. Empathy and calm presence in interactions. Initiative and ability to turn ideas into action. Collaboration mindset. Bonus: knowledge of French healthcare system. Projects & Impact 80% of time dedicated to support; 20% to driving innovative Care projects. Drive process excellence: identify and implement improvements. Transform data insights into actionable solutions. Lead end‑to‑end implementation of care projects.
