To provide dedicated analytical, administrative, and operational support to the Fleet Sales Manager and team, ensuring the efficient management of corporate accounts, preparation of sales materials, and maintenance of high-quality customer data, contributing to the overall success of the fleet sales department. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contract documentation for corporate clients under the guidance of the Fleet Sales Manager. Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning and opportunity identification. 2. Account Administration & Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate account information, contact details, interaction logs, and opportunity pipelines. Prepare regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review. 3. Customer Relationship Support: Act as a key support contact for assigned corporate accounts, handling routine inquiries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Help organize customer events, training sessions, and business reviews. 4. Operational & Contract Coordination: Support the order-to-delivery process by liaising with internal departments (logistics, after-sales) to ensure smooth handovers for fleet clients. Assist in the management of contract renewals, documentation, and compliance checks. 5. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to tailor communications and materials for the corporate fleet segment. Collaborate with the after-sales and finance teams to address customer queries and ensure service excellence. Qualifications & Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 3-8 years of experience in a sales support, account coordination, or analyst role, preferably within the automotive, B2B, or fleet industry. Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Language: Fluent in French is mandatory. Good working knowledge of English is advantageous.
