Overview The Enterprise Application Services Analyst will support the global administration and management of shared applications across the business. The role involves inventory, configuration, governance, documentation, migration coordination, and integration maintenance. What you’ll do Platform Operations – Execute standard configurations, permission models, templates, and cleanup tasks; resolve incidents; maintain backups. Identity, Access & Security – Apply SSO/SCIM procedures, group mappings, least‑privilege rules; conduct access reviews and token rotation. Integrations & Automation – Maintain integration catalog; build light automations for cleanup and audits. ITSM & Service Quality – Maintain knowledge base articles; track SLA attainment and backlog age. Enablement & Adoption – Organize training courses and webinars; promote usage guidelines. Knowledge & Documentation – Keep living documentation and publish concise updates. FinOps – Support license monitoring and renewal preparation. Qualifications Must‑have – 1–3 years in application support or business analysis; exposure to enterprise tools; ITSM experience; basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell); strong documentation; communication skills; proficiency in English. Nice‑to‑have – Awareness of SSO/SCIM and RBAC designs; basic cloud notions; familiarity with GDPR/ISO evidence keeping. Eutelsat treats the protection of personal data seriously.
