This strategic role manages the evolution of a diverse ecosystem made of SaaS & in house developed solutions, both at global and local level, ensuring the alignment between IT solutions & Business needs. Consequently, you will lead the definition of our Global Enterprise Architecture Strategy and its implementation across 30 countries, leveraging a team of dedicated team of Solution Architects by domains.Furthermore, your mission is to ensure that across Pluxee, our platform / application strategy aligns with company business objectives, fostering innovation, ensuring the modernisation of the Information System along with the Globalisation of our activities and the growth of our Business.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify business needs, select the right solutions and the appropriate technical solutions and architecture to drive operational excellence and enhance our competitive edge in the tech industry.What you’ll be doingDefine Enterprise Architecture visionDevelop and communicate a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework.Define the target platform / application architecture, coordinate relevant stakeholders, and select the solutions to be implemented while ensuring consistency between the different value streams and in line with the company vision and strategic initiatives.Manage application portfolio and related Business Capabilities.Build short term and mid-term architecture plans with countries to adhere to Enterprise Architecture vision and support strategic objectives.Support implementation of Strategic transformation ProjectsLead architecture framing to translate business needs into technical solutions & strategic initiatives. Support RFP needs when required.Define target architectures. Oversee the architectural aspects of initiatives.Ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively while adhering to architectural standards.Build the decommissioning plan with relevant stakeholders (notably IT regional architects and business stakeholders).Ensuring Cohesion Between Technical and Functional PartsDrive the definition of Business Capabilities, in strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders (notably other global teams, regions and countries).Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless integration and alignment of architectural solutions with business needs.Facilitate integration across various platforms and systems.Driving Technology InnovationEvaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on business operations.Foster a culture of innovation by promoting the adoption of new tools and methodologies that enhance productivity.Establishing Architectural GovernanceDefine and enforce organization-wide architecture principles, standards, best practices, tools, policies, and governance.Ensure compliance with these standards across all technology initiatives to maintain consistency and quality.Facilitating Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with executive leadership to align architectural strategies with business goals, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into effective architectural solutions.Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Animating the Architecture TeamDrive Global and Regional Architecture teams and coordinate with Country Architecture teams.
