GLOBAL PURCHASING INDIRECT LEADER - ENERGYOPmobility is a world‑leading provider of innovative solutions for safer, sustainable mobility. The role focuses on leading strategy and sourcing activities for electricity and gas within our Energy Domain.ResponsibilitiesLead sourcing activities across business groups and plants.Lead electricity & gas hedging process (proposals, approvals, implementation).Manage energy consultancy and contribute to purchasing performance.Identify and execute cost‑saving opportunities across indirect spend categories.Drive “Cash is King” initiatives and push energy consumption reductions.Develop energy storage projects and electricity & gas budget in close cooperation with the Business Groups.Continue digitalization of the domain (e.g., Power BI).Conduct spend analysis, market analysis, and supplier panel management.Negotiate and finalize contracts, issue RfI/RfQ, and prepare sourcing decisions.Initiate cross‑BG cost and CO2 savings initiatives and workshops.Lead escalation process for supply problems and project delays.Support global domain decarbonisation roadmap and PPAs integration.Qualifications and CompetenciesMaster’s degree (technical or business education preferred).Minimum 5 years of strategic purchasing in an international, multicultural environment.Experience in procurement or sales of energy products.Ability to design and deploy category strategies for electricity and gas.Strong contract negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.Understanding of regulatory requirements and energy markets.Proficiency in data analysis and financial mechanisms (P&L, budgeting).Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Multicultural environment experience.Seniority LevelNot ApplicableEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionPurchasingDiversity and Equal OpportunityOPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
