Project Director at Centric Software Job Summary Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Project management team in France. The Project Director will drive full PLM implementations starting from the requirement analysis phases, through the product definition phases, until the final Go‑Live, ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities The responsibility of the Project Director on a Centric project is to ensure the project is delivered with all three of these metrics met: On time delivery On budget delivery High customer satisfaction Define the project plan and articulate the tasks and resources of the project in order to carry it out. Monitor the progress of the project and its indicators to ensure that it is shared internally as well as with our customers. Manage the Centric project team and potential partners in the execution of their task. Oversee the collection of client requirements and create a plan for delivery, using Centric business and technical consultant resources allocated to the project. Monitor Centric consultation time and expenses incurred and ensure the profitability of the project. Prepare, organize and present the project steering committee in alignment and agreement with the Client Project Director. Draft and maintain service offers (SOW) essential to projects. Work with key client‑side users to capture requirements when needed and support execution with the rest of the project team. Ensure the application of good configuration practices and participate in application design. Manipulate the software / manage configurations in order to facilitate agile workshops if necessary. li>Consolidate requirements for product extensions and work with R&D to define target functions.
