We are looking for a new Leader for our Channel and Small Businesses Organization based in Rueil‑Malmaison (92 – Paris area). In this role, you will be fully accountable and responsible for all indirect sales of our End User Compute, Data Centre/Infrastructure, Solutions and Services portfolio across the French market. You will be accountable for the operational success, strategic alignment and integration of all organizational activities required to deliver success across Lenovo’s expansive channel partner community. Key Responsibilities Accountable for indirect business growth, increasing Lenovo market share and revenue. Coordinate all Lenovo sales activities in the area‑of‑control and set and deliver ambitious goals for the organization. Provide executive guidance on overall sales strategy, cost optimisation, and disciplined management processes. Develop tactics and marketing programmes to generate new sales. Optimise sales resource coverage to ensure our partner landscape is managed effectively and delivering the best results. Build a pipeline of future talent and succession planning. Ensure a long‑lasting, diverse and inclusive organisation. Build meaningful relationships with partner and customer accounts. Coach and support sales teams and leadership in developing key and/or difficult account opportunities. Develop the consultative, solution‑selling capability that leverages the One Lenovo portfolio to develop compelling business cases to differentiate and highlight the value of Lenovo’s broad commercial portfolio of products, services and solutions. Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of the industry and provide external leadership to industry, community and press relations. Work collaboratively across the organisation at a market, EMEA and global level to maximise the strategic priorities of the wider Lenovo organisation. Balance short‑term with long‑term planning and resource investment. Demonstrate thought leadership by building propositions and offerings for the market. Direct the customer's application of technology to critical business outcomes. Create a performance‑driven culture that ensures Lenovo has the best channel sales organisation in the industry. Travel within France and internationally as required. Required Experience & Skills University or Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in Business Administration is a minimum. 5–10 years of sales leadership experience, 10–15 years of industry experience. Executive relationships within the French channel reseller and distribution market. Experience across commercial channels including specialist routes to market such as Collaboration, Cloud Service Provider, System Integrator and Infrastructure specialists. Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market.
