Restaurants turn tables faster, increase tips for staff, and collect valuable data.We’re live in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France — and scaling rapidly across both continents.You will enable our sales teams to operate at peak efficiency by providing actionable insights, structured processes, and the right content at the right time.Your mission is to:Build and maintain regular sales reporting and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to give clear visibility into performance.Prepare presentations for management and the team, turning data into clear insights for action.Collect, prioritize, and coordinate training needs , content requests, and enablement initiatives to ensure the sales team has the tools to succeed.Partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure processes, content, and training are aligned with team goals.💼 What you’ll ownBuild, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports tracking key sales metrics.Analyze trends and generate actionable insights for Sales Leaders.Support weekly and monthly management presentations with data storytelling.Enablement & Training CoordinationGather and prioritize sales enablement needs across teams.Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and content creation.Ensure onboarding and ongoing training materials are up to date and accessible.Content & Knowledge ManagementMaintain a central repository of sales assets: pitch decks, playbooks, templates, FAQs, and battle cards.Work with Marketing, Product, and Ops to update and adapt content as market and product evolve.Process & AlignmentSupport Sales Leaders in standardizing workflows and processes.Ensure CRM and sales tools are used efficiently and accurately.Drive adoption of best practices through documentation and communication.Experience & Background3–6 years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a similar role.Experience in reporting, dashboards, and analytics in a commercial context.Exposure to sales enablement and training coordination is a plus.Comfortable in fast-growing environments (SaaS, FinTech, hospitality tech ideal).Analytical & Structured: strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, experience with Salesforce or other CRMs, able to translate data into insights.Organized & Process-Oriented: can manage multiple initiatives, prioritize requests, and coordinate across teams.Communication & Influence: clear and persuasive in written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops teams.Mindset: proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys building scalable processes that make an impact.Accurate, insightful, and timely sales reporting and dashboards.Smooth coordination and delivery of training programs and content.High adoption of sales tools, processes, and enablement materials.Positive feedback from Sales Leaders and team on support and resources provided.Directly impact the performance and efficiency of a high-growth, international sales team.Work at the intersection of data, process, and enablement — seeing tangible results from your work.Collaborate with a high-energy team disrupting the hospitality space.Clear growth opportunities toward Sales Operations Lead or broader Enablement roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
