Drive growth by increasing Content per Car ($/car) across Wiring Harness Tiers for 6 major OEMs. Leverage strategic planning and close collaboration with engineering and innovation teams to deliver differentiating value propositions. Key responsibilities Lead a high-performing account team aligned with divisional goals. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline: from opportunity to revenue. Develop strong customer relationships and expand decision‑maker networks. Identify market trends and innovative solutions to create competitive advantage. Ensure timely execution of acquisition and product development projects. Defend existing business (> $25M/year) and manage tenders (RFQ, quotations, contracts). Collaborate cross‑functionally with OEM Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. What we are looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent experience). 10+ years in Automotive (OEM/Tier environment), ideally Wiring Harness or Connectivity. Proven leadership and strategic sales experience. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage innovation.
