Indeed, the Edenred Group recognizes, recruits and develops all talents and singularities.We are committed to preventing all forms of discrimination and to providing all our candidates with equal opportunities regardless of their gender and gender expression, disability, origin, religious belief and sexual orientation or any other criteria.You will be reporting to the Head of Data-AI Program & Strategy at Group level, with a dotted line to the marketing and sales team.YOUR MISSIONSThe Data Product Owners act as a link between business needs and the data squads by prioritizing high-value features, and will rely on their knowledge of the business context and operational experience, they represent the business needs for the use case, translating translate Business needs or pain points into an appropriate Data Product.You will be responsible of :Represent the business needs for the use cases – Is the day-to-day representative of the Business OwnerTranslate business needs & pain points into requirements and continuously makes sure the solution is relevant from a business standpointManage the entire lifecycle from the ideation phase, through development, to deployment and impact monitoring (usage, ROI…)Oversee the delivery of the squad (prioritizing feature development, organizing demos, and integrating user feedback...)Ensure the Product is reusable across different BUs and is proactive on the prerequisite to reusability (Data Assets, Data Quality, Process Convergence)Engage with experts when needed (security, compliance…) and coordinates with the Tech Lead to ensure relevance and integration of the Data Products into the Tech environmentYOUR PROFILECombine deep business knowledge at the operational level (user journeys, processes, market trends…), good kowledge of Data specificities (sources, models, quality, compliance, security…) and tech sensitivity (existing tools, make or buy decisions...)Strong product management methodologies and tools ; user-centered design skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent analytical skills, data visualization skills are a plusLeadership and collaborationAbility to understand the complexities and to prioritize key Data initiatives5+ years of experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
