- Master's degree data management, or engineering degree specialized in statistics or with option in data management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant functions
- Excellent knowledge of data management, including Data Engineering and Data Science
- English required, read, written, spoken

You drive the development and deployment of key master data assets supporting Purina's priorities in the EU, using Nestlé's IT framework and a specific area/Purina as required

Define, Design, and Deploy Digital Resources_**
- Objectives and Transitions: Establish clear goals regarding timelines and resource allocation while ensuring a seamless implementation with pre-launch testing and stakeholder training.
- Regular Reporting: Maintain open communication with sponsors and stakeholders through progress reports detailing activities and challenges.

Develop Foundational Capabilities_**
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with engineering and data science teams to deliver features tailored to specific use cases while managing medium to high complexity projects.
- Technical Proficiency and Support: Engage with regional and global IT teams to ensure the integration of digital assets and seek management support when necessary.

Contribute to the Purina Product & Master Data (MDM) Strategic Plan_**
- Strategic Development and Innovations: Participate in discussions on the MDM strategic plan, providing recommendations and proposing innovative ideas to challenge existing practices.
- Leadership Advocacy: Promote the MDM team’s leadership role within Nestlé and the industry, showcasing best practices.

Data Science Use Case for Project Saturn_**
- Project Support and Collaboration: Ensure contributions align with specific flows and define processes with Product Owners to integrate the use case into the project.
- Outcome Measurement: Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of data science initiatives, contributing to the overall objectives of Project Saturn.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Have strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team and manage the sponsor/stakeholder relationship.
- Masters the agile method.
- Understanding of business processes and team structure in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, TAG, finance, production.
- Proficiency in communication tools (PowerPoint, Teams) and data analysis (Excel).
- Autonomy and capability to handle unforeseen circumstances.
- Creative and open-minded attitude, ability to work in a team.
- Leadership and ability to develop others.
