Operational QA Officer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (France) I am supporting a pharmaceutical manufacturer in the search for an Operational QA Officer to join their team in France. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, efficacy, and compliance of sterile and injectable products, while driving continuous improvement across QA processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain the QA system within your production area Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to hygiene, safety, and environmental standards Lead deviation, OOS, complaint, and batch release activities Perform shop-floor QA oversight and internal/customer audits Approve QA documentation and quality decisions Conduct risk analyses, trend reviews, and support continuous improvement Act as a QA ambassador, delivering GMP and technical quality training Collaborate with production and QA system teams on CAPA, training, and documentation Profile Requirements: Qualified Pharmacist, eligible for registration with the French National Order of Pharmacists Experience in QA, QC, or Production within pharmaceutical manufacturing (sterile/injectables preferred) Knowledge of GMP and international regulatory standards (FDA / EMA / ANVISA / PMDA) Strong autonomy, adaptability, and communication skills Experience with SAP, MasterControl, or similar systems is an advantage If you would like to learn more, feel free to reach out directly, or apply with your CV for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
