Your goal is to make sure that the users are getting the most value from the product. The PKM leverage 3 missions to reach this goal: support, knowledge & project. As a product expert, you will provide top notch product training and documentation to the business teams so they can better leverage all the product capabilities. As a product support, you will be able to tackle any product & tech issues raised by the business teams that prevent our customers from using its full potential. As a project manager, you will handle projects that will enable the users to get more value from the product. Your role is key in our organization as a pivot between customer success, sales and product / tech teams.
