Channel Partner Manager EMEA Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), one of Danaher’s 15+ operating companies, is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to manage Channel Partners Specialists in the assigned countries within the EMEA Region and to be accountable for Channel Partner performance. This fully remote role reports to the VP Sales EMEA&AAPAC and is part of the EMEA sales team. Responsibilities Manage Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned countries within EMEA region. Proactively seek and find new CPs in territories not served by IDT, sign up new CPs by issuing contractual re-seller agreements, support product and sales training, monitor and evaluate CP performance with sales and activity based KPIs, set up sales targets and take full responsibility in achieving and exceeding targets, track team and associate level KPIs to drive achievement in the region. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and market penetration in CP-assigned territories. Monitor CP performance by supporting regular online or face-to-face meetings and applying DBS tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences preferred or combination of education and experience. Experience managing sales through Channel partners in EMEA for at least 3 years. Experience leading teams for at least 3 years. High level of life sciences business acumen. Proficient in English. Exposure to public tenders/framework processes/procurement business is a plus. Experience with CRM (SFDC). Travel Requirements Position is based in EMEA with approximately 50% travel, primarily within EMEA. When not traveling, Channel Partner Manager is expected to work from a home office.
