Nanny/Head Housekeeper job

A Parisian family from the 16th arrondissement, comprising the parents and three children (ages 6, 9, and 11) in shared/alternating custody, is seeking an experienced Nanny/Housekeeper (M/F). This position is suited to a caring, motivated, organised, and reliable professional, ready to build a lasting place within this family's life.

This role is structured around the alternating custody schedule:

• Weeks 1 & 3: full presence — childcare, household management, and family cooking
• Weeks 2 & 4: weeks without the children — role refocused on household management, cooking, and home organisation, with a lighter hourly workload

A cleaner is already in place and handles the overall cleaning of the home, so the candidate will focus exclusively on household management, cooking, and childcare (with some help on household tasks when the cleaner is not present).

Permanent contract (CDI) — Part-time (approximately 90 hours per month)
