This is including, but not limited to, building up a service network in whole Europe, providing technical support to our customers and Service Providers, supporting the sales department by calculating Life Cycle Costs, development of the Spare Parts business and providing training. The main objective of the After Sales department is to contribute to Customer Satisfaction & loyalty.One of the important tasks of the After Sales department is to provide Technical service to our Service Providers and customers. For the Technical & Warranty team, we are looking for a After Sales Technical Specialist France for Passenger CarsAbout the roleThe A.S Service Engineer is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building the best-in-class regional technical capability, standard and high efficiency technical operation.Under the responsibility of the France After-Sales Service Manager, the Service Engineer will visit dealerships to provide technical assistance. He will be able to write intervention reports in order to trace the problems identified. He is the direct technical link with the dealers.Responsibilities:As Technical Support Engineer you will:Responsible for the regional technical support in France, respond and provide technical solutions quickly through service portal, remote diagnostics and onsite support. Provide feedback to the Quality department to improve the product.Collect and report information for typical fault tendency, latest and critical fault, and promote instant solution of quality problems.Periodic reporting and analyzing all statistical data on technical issues coming from the network.Regional special event management, timely onsite support with quick solutions, technical research and analysis according to stakeholder’s instructions.Instant respond for special event management.Regional regular visit, organize meetings, workshops and other activities with regional partners and headquarters to continuously improve regional technical capability.Implementation of technical solutions in workshop-oriented instructions.Development and release and translate the technical notice, typical technical repair cases.Organize and carry out onsite technical training for new product launch, level training program and on-the-job training program in accordance with relevant stakeholders.Other works assigned from line manager.Required skills, qualifications and experience:Degree in Engineering or equivalent specializing in vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering with a focus on drives or master craftsman/workshop manager/master technician.Automotive background in a similar job for an OEM.Technical EV know-how is a plus.Qualified technician for HV system in motor vehicles.Excellent knowledge of electrical diagrams.Excellent knowledge of diagnosis tools.Class B driving license.100% willingness to travel nationally and internationally.Fluent knowledge of French and English is a must have, Chinese is a plus.Extremely organized, ability to work with parallel workstreams, and manage pressure.Ability to work with different departments and characters, outstanding communication skills.Result driven.Confident in working with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Our Purpose is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a World of clean air.
