As the developer of this platform, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing an innovative data platform that will serve as the backbone of large organizations’ data infrastructure.TechnologiesDevOps: Git, Ansible, Terraform and OpenTofu, …ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to identify data requirements and develop a roadmap for the data platformDevelop and implement a scalable and reliable data platform architectureDesign and build data pipelines to integrate data from various sources into the platformCreate and maintain data models, schemas, and database structuresImplement robust data security and access controlsDevelop tools and features for data analysis and visualizationContribute to open source communities and collaborate with other developers to improve the platformWrite high-quality, maintainable, and scalable codeWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the data platform meets business requirementsIf you are passionate about open source software and data-driven technologies, want to make a difference in the world of data, and become an open source contributor, we would love to hear from you.This is a full-time position located in the Paris region with competitive compensation and benefits.Required SkillsAt least 3 years of experience in software developmentExperience in designing and building large-scale, distributed systemsStrong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or GoExperience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or ElasticsearchFamiliarity with open source technologies such as Kafka, Spark, and HadoopKnowledge of data modeling and data architectureFamiliarity with data security and access controlsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAdaltas specializes in data processing and storage. Salaries for this position start at €60,000 per year with 3 years of experience. Food and transportation are covered.
