Join our team as a Pre-Sales Engineer and play a key role in supporting the sales team in France by demonstrating, promoting and tailoring our solution portfolio to customers’ technical needs. This role bridges the gap between sales, marketing and implementation ensuring Ascom solutions are understood, trusted and delivered with excellence. You will be responsible for covering one of the following territories: Île-de-France. Your Contributions Collaborate with the Sales Team and resellers to provide expert technical support in both pre- and post-sales stages Prepare technical documentation and engineering input for customer quotations Contribute to marketing plans and technical development strategies Deliver technical training and webinars to partners and clients Create and provide specifications and documentation for engineering/architectural firms Interface with customer stakeholders at all levels, understanding needs and offering tailored solutions Prepare proposals and analyze customer technical requirements Support pipeline growth by identifying new opportunities with the sales team Provide technical feedback on emerging market needs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICT industry trends Provide basic on-site and remote technical support when required Continuously improve owned processes for optimal team and business performance The Ideal Candidate : Qualifications & Experience Associate degree or 15 years of experience with Ascom products or in IT telecom or wireless (DECT / 802.11) Entry-level wireless / networking certifications (e.g. CWNA, CCNA) a plus 15 years of experience in customer technical support server environments or telecom systems Skills & Competencies Strong technical background (TCP/IP, wireless telephony) Knowledge of Microsoft Server/Desktop OS Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of autonomy with strong collaboration mindset Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability What We Offer You A company you can take pride in Collaborative and inspiring colleagues Professional and personal growth opportunities Hybrid / remote flexibility The chance to make a real impact in healthcare technology Join Us and Make an Impact : Ascom is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion. Ce poste fait le lien entre ventes marketing et mise en œuvre garantissant une compréhension et une livraison optimale des solutions Ascom. Poste basé en région parisienne. Vos responsabilités Collaborer avec l'équipe commerciale et les revendeurs pour fournir un support technique expert en phase de prévente et post-vente Préparer la documentation technique et les données d'ingénierie pour les devis clients Contribuer à la planification marketing et au développement technique des offres Dispenser des formations techniques et des webinaires aux partenaires et clients Rédiger des cahiers des charges pour les bureaux d'études / architectes Interagir avec les parties prenantes chez le client pour proposer des solutions adaptées Préparer les propositions commerciales et analyser les besoins techniques Soutenir la croissance du pipeline en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités Remonter les besoins du marché au Chef de Produit Rester informé(e) des évolutions techniques du secteur Fournir un support technique de base sur site ou à distance si nécessaire Améliorer en continu les processus sous votre responsabilité Profil recherché : Qualifications & Expérience Bac2 ou 1 à 5 ans d'expérience avec les produits Ascom ou dans les technologies IT / télécoms / wireless (DECT 802.11) Certifications de niveau débutant (CWNA, CCNA) un plus 1 à 5 ans d'expérience en support technique client serveurs ou télécommunications Compétences & Qualités Solide bagage technique (réseaux TCP / IP, téléphonie sans fil) Connaissance des environnements Microsoft Server / Desktop Excellente communication orale et écrite Autonomie avec un bon esprit d'équipe Orientation client forte et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes Ce que nous offrons : Une entreprise dont vous pouvez être fier(ère) Des collègues inspirants et collaboratifs Opportunités de développement personnel et professionnel Flexibilité hybride / télétravail Une vraie contribution au secteur de la santé grâce à la technologie Rejoignez-nous et faites la différence : Ascom s'engage pour la légalité des chances, la diversité et l'inclusion.
