The ideal candidate will lead the development of embroidery and embellishment concepts from initial research to final execution, ensuring that the Creative Director’s artistic vision is translated into exceptional craftsmanship.This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of embroidery techniques and materials, and the ability to coordinate with design, atelier, and production teams to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
