We are looking for a **Head of M&A **to join us at Prime Group, and help take us into our next stage of growth

Your main responsibilities and challenges will be Identifying and prospecting target Businesses for Acquisition.
- As the Head of M&A, you will be working closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure the execution of all M&A activity within the wider business growth plan
- Lead large, complex transactions from end-to-end by managing the deals process, building commercial models and developing valuation / deal structures
- Closely engage with all targeted acquisitions, supporting the businesses throughout the deal process
- Managing relationships with the vendors, ensuring the executive team are kept up to date throughout all acquisitions
- Design and implement best practice M&A process and controls

- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Extensive experience working in leadership roles, specifically within corporate development / M&A practices
- Strong academic record
- Relevant sector experience is preferred
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a high pace, high expectation environment
