As our Engineering Manager Providing direct people management for people across several engineering teams, including regular 1:1s, coaching, performance feedback, and development planning Supporting the onboarding, growth, and long-term progression of junior engineers, including delegation of work, technical guidance, and expectation setting Ensuring reliable delivery of team commitments by translating product and technical goals into actionable plans and priorities Acting as a technical escalation point for the team, reviewing designs, performing code review, and approaches to ensure quality, maintainability, and alignment with architecture Collaborating closely with product management, architects, QA, and other engineering functions to ensure smooth execution and cross-team alignment Participating in Scaled Agile software development processes, including planning, estimation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities Identifying delivery, quality, or team health risks early and address them pragmatically, with a bias toward simple, effective solutions Ensuring that engineering work follows internal procedures, security requirements, and industry best practices appropriate for security critical systems Contributing to hiring activities, including interviewing and candidate evaluation, with a strong focus on long-term team quality Your Experience and Background Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent (master’s degree preferred).
