Your role in our team

As a Spare Part Technician Trainee, you will identify, map, and document the processes of the Spare Parts department, developing comprehensive and intuitive work instructions that ensure consistent execution of activities, increase team productivity, and facilitate the training of new employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop work instructions for the department’s internal processes.
  • Gather information from various team members and technical specialists.
  • Map processes and identify workflows.
  • Create operational documentation using text, images, flowcharts, and screenshots.
  • Ensure that documents are standardized in accordance with company standards.
  • Review and update existing documentation.
  • Support the creation of knowledge bases and internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service, Spare Parts, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to validate documented processes.
  • Ensure version control and the organization of documentation.

Your profile

  • Degree or CTeSP in Industrial Management or Industrial Mechatronics
  • Knowledge of mechanical drawings
  • Knowledge of electrical schematicsFamiliarity with SAP
  • Technical English
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Motivation to perform duties in an office setting.
  • Direct interaction with clients, ensuring effective and professional communication.
  • Hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving approach
