Requirements
- Strong persuasion skills: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or another field, your willingness to learn and deliver quality work matters most.
- Autonomy: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
