Position Overview As the Payroll Partner, you will be a key member of the HR Services team, responsible for managing payroll for our French operations and supporting additional EMEA regions as needed. This position is located in France and will be remote. Key Responsibilities Manage Tier 1 payroll requests, responding to inquiries and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded. Serve as point‑of‑contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA associate groups, focusing on France and providing support to other countries as needed. Handle the full payroll cycle, collecting, validating, and inputting payroll data, and ensuring timely payment of salaries in compliance with statutory regulations. Coordinate with external payroll vendors for accurate calculation and timely submission of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Collaborate with HR and finance during monthly payroll activities, update HRIS, and communicate hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organizational changes. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance, and document procedures to maintain internal controls. Communicate with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions, and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare payroll reports and statistics, issue certificates, reconcile accounts with financial accounting, and support the preparation of annual financial statements. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of proven payroll experience. Deep knowledge of local labor, tax, and social security regulations in France; additional country knowledge is a plus. Experience working within multicultural, international teams, collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, with strong communication, ownership, and planning skills. Problem‑solving, results‑oriented mindset and excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in French and English; additional European languages are welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Location & Work Arrangement France – remote position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
