VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries.
VeepeeTech, the Veepee’s tech department is hiring for its new HRBP.
Act as the key point of contact for our product and engineering teams, you will be working closely within a distributed European HR team.
**TASKS : As a close partner for the teams, your role will be to**:

- Advise and challenge managers on all their HR problematics, respecting the local rules and regulations.
- Support and guide the organizational changesWork closely with our Talent team on the training needs and actions to deploy
- Identify and ensure talents followup thanks to people review and individual plans
- Ensure an effective reporting followup on different HR KPIs
- Make sure that the group RH policies are respected in accordance with the local rules
**Examples of ongoing missions & projects**:
- Monthly veepeeTech salaries reporting (veepeetech group level)
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including Workday and payroll outputs, veepeetech HR dashboards (IT Departures, mobility dashboard, exit interviews, IT objectives spreadsheets, holidays & days off accounts )
- Analyzes data and statistics for motivation, turnover...
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
- Assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes
- Job grading/ ladder project for the group
**MUST HAVE skills**:
- Experience of working in an in-house HR role where you’ve had to problem-solve with autonomy
- Experience of working across a region or a number of countries
- Ability to, and experience of, working autonomously and thinking on your feet
- Action, solution oriented and resourceful
- Strong legal background
- A collaborative style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions
- The ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing in french and english
