Your role

• Develop, design, and implement TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.X ) integration solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
• Configure, customize, and deploy TIBCO BW applications and services across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in TIBCO BW applications and services to ensure high system performance and reliability.
• Perform unit testing and ensure deliverables meet defined coding standards and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct code reviews and support the optimization of existing integration workflows and services.
• Support deployment of TIBCO BW applications and monitor them in production environments.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure functionality aligns with client needs.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation covering design, processes, and configurations for future reference.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and assist with troubleshooting production issues.
• Stay current on new TIBCO BW features, enhancements, and industry best practices to continuously improve integration processes.

Required

• Hands-on experience with TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.Xs)
• Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, SOA, and API-based architectures.
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of TIBCO BW applications.
• Solid understanding of unit testing practices and coding standards.
• Experience supporting production deployments and monitoring.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional/stakeholder teams.
• Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation.

Preferred

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
• Exposure to other TIBCO products (e.g., EMS, Mashery) or related middleware tools.
• Prior experience participating in SIT/UAT cycles in an enterprise setting.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) as they relate to integration deployments.
