We are looking for an experienced TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.X) Developer to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with TIBCO BW with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, sharp problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Your role

• Develop, design, and implement TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.X ) integration solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
• Configure, customize, and deploy TIBCO BW applications and services across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in TIBCO BW applications and services to ensure high system performance and reliability.
• Perform unit testing and ensure deliverables meet defined coding standards and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct code reviews and support the optimization of existing integration workflows and services.
• Support deployment of TIBCO BW applications and monitor them in production environments.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure functionality aligns with client needs.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation covering design, processes, and configurations for future reference.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and assist with troubleshooting production issues.
• Stay current on new TIBCO BW features, enhancements, and industry best practices to continuously improve integration processes.
