Job Description We are looking for an experienced Cosmetic Ingredient Process Engineer to support the development of natural cosmetic active ingredients. He / she will be joining a dynamic team of 20+ scientists in a multicultural environment. We are looking for someone who… Is passionate about natural cosmetic active ingredients Thrives in practical & experimental work Contributes scientifically and operationally to the development of lab research activities Is sensitive to sustainable practices Is open to innovation and ready to face challenges Would be happy to take part in the creation of a new team Responsibilities Responsible for development of natural cosmetic active ingredients : extraction processes at lab, pilot and industrial scales Performs bibliographic and technological monitoring of extraction processes and technologies Manages projects, stakeholders, costs and time, to achieve the goals Directs the work of technicians for pilot and first industrial batches of new products Reviews scientific literature, conduct experiments, analyzes data, creates reports and makes presentations to team and colleagues, transforms data into usable information and makes recommendations Works in close collaboration with the Heath & Wellness and Process teams Participates in patent review and redaction Participates in day-to-day activities and contributes to the improvement and management of the laboratory and in the development, implementation and improvement of the IFF Quality Management System Job Requirements Robust skills in extraction of natural active ingredients (5+ years) Good knowledge of natural extracts and their cosmetics uses Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and drive cross‑functional projects Innovation and proactive mindset Ability to work in full autonomy and to collaborate effectively in a positive attitude Problem solving skills and collaborative spirit Effective communication in French and English (verbal and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
