You will lead the accounting department, ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial statements and optimise processes. You’ll partner with leadership (Finance Director, Executive Team, Department Heads), manage two talented accountants, and support strategic decision-making across the organizationYour MissionsTeam Leadership and managementLead a team of two accountantsFoster a high-performance culture based on ownership, continuous improvement, and accountabilitySupport team development through coaching, regular feedback, and career progression planningFinancial Accounting & ReportingOversee monthly closings (WD+4), quarterly, and annual closings: prepare financial statements and perform analytical reviews with PennylaneConduct a complete overhaul of accounting records with justification of balances, reconciliation of tax liabilitiesDrive continuous improvement of revenue recognition (RevRec) processes in line with SaaS best practices, ensuring accuracy of data flows in our billing systemSupervise payroll accounting entries and ensure accuracy of payroll journals and provisions (vacation pay, social charges, etc.)Tax & ComplianceSupervise all French tax filings (VAT CA3, CFE, CVAE, DAS2) and coordinate with local accounting firm in Germany and future potential local entitiesAct as the primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, legal and accounting partnersSystems & Process OptimizationDesign and implement key procedures: closing checklist, intercompany agreements, AP policy, and R&D tax credit (CII/CIR) processesAutomate and improve cash management (in/outflows, cash flow monitoring) using tools like Agicap and SpendeskWho are you ?6–7 years of experience in accounting or financial management, ideally in a SaaS or tech scale-up environmentProven leadership experience managing teamsStrong understanding of French GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition principlesStrong business acumen and demonstrated ability to connect financial insights with strategic decisionsA team player with a builder’s mindset, excited to own, improve, and scale Accounting in a transforming businessHands‑on, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skills in both French and EnglishWhat will you find at Yousign ?A dynamic scale-up that puts people firstA management style that encourages autonomy and cohesion, through common Objectives and Key Results (OKR)Top‑notch work culture and methodsRegular team events and bi‑annual company meetingsNumerous perks & benefits, such as: charity day offered, ESOP, remote equipment, private health and life insurance (Alan), learning & talent development advantages, CSE, Moka.Care subscription and moreEqual Opportunity at YousignAt Yousign, we embrace uniqueness and ensure every team member has an equal chance to contribute.We offer equal job opportunities and maintain transparent, fair processes across the board, including pay. 🟰💰Join us at Yousign, where our differences fuel creativity and strength — Let's leap into this amazing adventure together 🌈✨ #J-18808-Ljbffr
