WHO WE ARE
We are KRAKATAU – an independent brand with 26 years of experience in creating technical urban apparel.
We are driven by two passions – the aesthetics of the modern city and functional design. We blend them together, turning them into something more than just clothing.
We build our team one person at a time – those who share our values and mindset. Joining KRAKATAU is a long‑term decision that shapes your life, your career, and the future of the brand.
WHO WE NEED
We are looking for a hands‑on and autonomous Brand Activation & Community Manager to help build and develop SEISMORPH's presence and community, primarily in France and progressively across Europe.
This is a role for someone who can both execute and take initiative . You will be responsible for bringing projects to life, while also proactively identifying new opportunities, people, partnerships, events and ideas that can help grow the brand and its community.
We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and well connected , who understands fashion and contemporary culture, knows how to build genuine relationships, and is comfortable making things happen in a fast‑moving environment.
The role will be primarily focused on Paris and France , with the opportunity to develop activations, partnerships and community initiatives across Europe.
This is not a strategist role, and it's not a negotiator role. Deal terms, contracts, and key partnership decisions are led by the Country Director. What we need is someone who prepares, documents, coordinates, and executes brilliantly around those decisions – and owns the digital and community growth engine independently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Digital Commerce – Qualified Customer Acquisition (France, Netherlands, Germany)
- Identify, qualify, and build relationships with influencers and creators capable of driving qualified traffic and brand awareness – across France, the Netherlands, and Germany.
- Prioritize markets and creators dynamically, based on where the brand's needs and expected campaign ROI are strongest at any given time.
- Manage seeding, gifting, paid collaborations, affiliate campaigns, promo codes, tracking links, campaign execution, and reporting – per market.
- Build relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and industry media in each market to grow qualified traffic through editorial coverage.
- Monitor attribution and campaign performance by market: Website Sessions, Reach, Orders, Revenue, CAC, ROI.
Brand Activation Planning
- Contribute to and execute the annual Brand Activation plan for KRAKATAU / SEISMORPH in France.
Community Development
- Build and develop relationships with the local creative community and key opinion leaders in Paris.
Brand Partnerships – Execution
- Prepare outreach materials (brand story decks, curated presentations) and manage day‑to‑day correspondence with partner brands.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and follow‑up on partnership discussions led by the Country Director.
- Turn agreed partnership terms into action: briefs, timelines, deliverables, and on‑the‑ground execution.
Pop‑up & Event Support
- Support planning of pop‑up activations, Fashion Week events, exhibitions, and community gatherings.
- Own execution of the pop‑up's public‑facing program: opening day, in‑store events, community gatherings during the operating period.
Retail Experience
- Develop and maintain window displays, visual merchandising, and installations across the pop‑up space.
- Own customer touchpoints and in‑store experience during the pop‑up's operation.
Brand Experience
- Develop branded experiences, special projects, limited editions, souvenirs, and collaborations that strengthen brand identity.<
