We may join a pool and change scopes over time based on needs and interests.Role purpose and responsibilitiesThe Operations Coordinator works on a specific subset of services we deliver (e.g., claims reimbursement, fraud, clinic operations). Their core responsibilities (roughly 70–80% of the time) are to:Run our Insurance or Health services processes – internal Ops Runner responsibilitiesEnsure day-to-day follow-up and monitoring of our operationsFlag risks and opportunitiesIn detail, your missions are:Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes, efficiency, SLAs, and identify risks or areas for improvementSupervising partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in negotiations, and maintaining daily communications for business continuityPerforming controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needsEscalating feedback, helping to prioritise and support initiatives to improve processesNext to running and monitoring operations, you will implement continuous improvements to our processes (approximately 20–30% of the time), e.g., collaborating with product teams to automate processes, improving external communications, auditing processes, or automating steps using automation tools.Run organization and scopeOur Run organization consists of pools (3–7 runners) who collectively own their scope. Topics include:Alan therapy: managing relationships with psychologists, therapy demand vs. supply, and lifecycle steps (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, booking management)Claims: handling claims, monitoring external provider performance to meet SLAs, quality controls, and ensuring glasses are delivered, customer satisfaction is high, and provider collaboration is smoothFraud: performing checks on claims, investigating suspicious activity, preventing fraudulent payments, or recovering when neededSet up: smooth onboarding/offboarding of customers’ employees and invoicing; maintain information quality for invoicing and admin supportNote: profiles able to embrace any challenge and join a pool; assignments may change over time based on Alan’s needs and personal interests.
