Context

Geopost operates in 49 countries across all continents through its network of expert delivery brands, including: DPD, Chronopost, SEUR, BRT, Speedy and Jadlog. Part of the La Poste Groupe, Geopost generated a €15.7 billion revenue and delivered 2.1 billion parcels worldwide in 2023.

Thanks to the largest pan-European vehicle fleet in Europe (more than 70k vehicles), Geopost covers more than 1.9 billion kilometers of roads every year.

In 2024, Geopost launched Geopost Vision, an innovative startup dedicated to leveraging the scale of its delivery fleet to capture up-to-date, high-frequency, GDPR-compliant road environment data.

Geopost Vision equips several thousand vehicles from Geopost brands such as DPD, SEUR, BRT, and Chronopost with connected state-of-the-art dashcams. These cameras, integrated into delivery routes, passively and continuously collect anonymized, GDPR-compliant imagery across urban, suburban, and rural environments. Every delivery tour is turned into an opportunity to better understand Europe's evolving streetscape and achieving unmatched coverage and refresh frequency. This data is made available through APIs to clients including mapping providers, mobility companies, smart city stakeholders and insurers.

Geopost Vision's imagery is already available in 11 European countries (UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Portugal, and the Netherlands) and will be soon expanded to 10 more (Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Belgium, Luxembourg, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, and Romania). In total, the solution will cover 21 European countries by mid-2026.

Role summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management & Operations Intern to support the dashcam installation program across our business units as well as the follow-up of our existing fleet currently active in 11 countries. This role is crucial to ensuring a smooth deployment process, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and supporting ongoing fleet operations.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, dashcam provider, installation partner, and business unit representatives to ensure that installations are delivered on time, within scope, and in full alignment with all the teams. Additionally, you will contribute to sub-projects aimed at creating reporting and monitoring tools for the Business Units, supporting them in change management efforts, and the implementation of new processes.

You will also support the creation and tracking of KPIs and operational reports designed to optimize fleet coverage and performance worldwide. Furthermore, you will assist the Project Manager and the Head of Product & Operations with their daily responsibilities, including reporting, project tracking, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization.

This internship will give you hands-on experience in project coordination, operational monitoring, KPI-driven decision-making, international stakeholder management, and digital tool development.

Key Responsibilities

Project & RUN Coordination & Tracking

You will help:

·      Track the deployment of dashcams across countries (11 countries already deployed, 10 for 2026 for now).

·      Maintain and improve our tracking systems to monitor installation progress.

·      Support Business Units across Europe in working with our monitoring tools and coordinating their deployments.

·      Coordinate with business unit coordinators and installation teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure adherence to schedules.

·      Monitor and analyze KPIs related to project & fleet performance and operational efficiency to drive data-informed decision-making.

Operational Oversight & Process Optimization

You will contribute to:

·      Building and updating dashboards related to installation progress, device status and problematic devices

·      Following up the development of internal tools to support the operations (asset management tool, coverage analysis tool) by formalizing needs and testing features

·      Simplifying and automating reporting workflows

·      Regularly report progress, challenges, and key insights to the team.

Communication and coordination

You will help:

·      Prepare communication materials (emails, newsletters, videos, updates).

·      Organize webinars and workshops with Business Units.

·      Provide clear documentation to help teams adopt new processes.

Support the Project Manager & Head of Product and Operations

You will assist with:

·      Planning and execution of project milestones

·      Preparing presentations, reports, and internal briefings

·      Organizing meetings and taking structured minutes

·      Following up on action items with different teams (Product, Data Science, IT, Sales, Operations)

·      Ensuring good coordination between all stakeholders

Qualifications & requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

·      Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several tasks at once

·      Interested in project management and operations (ideally, you have a first experience in project management)

·      Comfortable with numbers, KPIs tracking, and willing to work on developing dashboards

·      Good at communication, coordination, and stakeholder management

·      Strong documentation and meeting organization skills (meeting prep, minutes, follow-ups).

·      Fluent in English and French (additional European languages, e.g., Spanish, German, Italian, are a plus).
