ABB E-mobility is seeking a Remote Service Engineer to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across EV chargers using logs, cloud systems, and diagnostics. This role supports field teams and customers with clear actions and evidenced-based guidance, primarily in the EMEA region.
You will own tickets, prioritize cases to meet SLAs, contribute to knowledge bases, and help improve charger performance through data-driven feedback.
