YOUR MISSIONS You will be a part of the Corporate Concept Department reporting directly to the Head of Concept & Investment. You will assist in the management on the company’s business development, tracking the point of sales opening, closures, re-modeling as well as evaluating the profitability and investment monitoring. You will support the continuous improvement of business tools (P&L, Scorecard, etc.) as well as contributing to a big database workstream. Last but not least, you will be involved in a brand new project concerning all our concepts. You will have the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary scrum teams using your fluent English language skills to communicate with other teams and departments across our pan-European business. If you have a sense of humour and an extroverted personality, you could be our next team member WHAT YOU DO Ensure the tracking of the new opening and closures of our points of sales being in contact with the business development team. Ensure the post opening review of the new point of sales, analysis sales vs investment, etc. Monitor the progression of our store remodelling. Monitor our level of capex investment per store and country. Update and review existing business development tools and create new ones if needed. Establish P&L. Contribute to the concept portfolio project. Contribute to database review workstream. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) from a Business School/Engineering School or University with a specialisation in business development. Retail business development would be a plus. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Some skills in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides). Project-management skills. Respect tight deadlines; flexible to meet them with strong attention to detail. Accurate with a strong analytical, critical mind and problem-solving ability. Take initiative to improve processes and have a hands-on mentality. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with a flexible attitude and the capability to learn and adapt. Fluent in English.
