YOUR MISSIONS
You will be a part of the Corporate Concept Department reporting directly to the Head of Concept & Investment.
You will assist in the management on the company's business development, tracking the point of sales opening, closures, re-modeling as well as evaluating the profitability and investment monitoring.
You will support the continuous improvement of business tools (P&L, Scorecard, etc.) as well as contributing to a big database workstream.
Last but not least, you will be involved in a brand new project concerning all our concepts.
You will have the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary scrum teams using your fluent English language skills to communicate with other teams and departments across our pan-European business

WHAT YOU DO
• Ensure the tracking of the new opening and closures of our points of sales being in contact with the business development team
• Ensure the post opening review of the new point of sales, analysis sales vs investment, etc.
• Monitor the progression of our store remodelling
• Monitor our level of capex investment per store and country
• Update and review existing business development tools and create new one if needed
• Establish P&L
• Contribute to the concept portfolio project
• Contribute to database review workstream
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) from a Business School/Engineering School or University with a specialisation in business development. Retail business development would be a plus.
Highly skilled in Microsoft pack particularly on excel.
You have some skills in Google Pack (google sheet, google presentation)
You have project-management skills
You respect tight deadlines, and you are flexible to respect them with strong attention to detail
You are accurate with a strong analytical, critical mind and problem-solving.
You take initiative to improve things, and you have a strong hands-on mentality.
You have ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with a flexible attitude and the capability to learn and adapt.
You are fluent in English.
