We approach challenges with resiliency and creativity, while encouraging transparency because, no matter our backgrounds or responsibilities, we are one team.About The RolePlatform Science is seeking an experienced and technically‑minded Project Manager to lead the complete rollout and integration of our solutions into the customer’s business processes. You will serve as the main single point of contact for the customer throughout the entire project lifecycle, driving successful adoption and implementation of new features. This crucial role combines technical understanding with commercial insight, focusing not only on delivery but also on upselling and integration. This is a full‑time position.Essential ResponsibilitiesPrepare and Define the Project Plan: Work collaboratively with the customer and Account Manager to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones, coordinating external third parties as needed.Manage and Implement the Project: Execute projects according to plan, providing necessary technical assistance, handling problems/questions and change requests, and arranging customer training.Project Control & Reporting: Provide regular status reports and weekly reports to the customer/Account Manager; prepare, conduct, and report on quarterly Copil meetings.Guard Project Metrics: Log all time spent, immediately report problems, and guard milestones, time consumption, quality & budget.Commercial & Upselling Focus: Regularly visit customers to seek opportunities for better use and drive the upselling and implementation of new features.Required ExperienceFull professional proficiency in French and English is a non‑negotiable requirement.A strong IT background covering a wide range of different systems and architectures.Experience or deep familiarity with XML and XSLT, and basic knowledge of GPRS and APN.Understanding of web services, the ASP model, and network architecture.Demonstrated ability to organize and plan complex projects effectively and to work independently taking full ownership.Nice to HavePrior experience in the Truck & Transport industry or related telecom experience is a significant advantage.Experience in integrating different systems.Traits of a Successful CandidatePossesses strong commercial feeling (business acumen) and is stress resistant.Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle problems in a diplomatic manner.Is eager to learn new things and continuously adapt to new technologies.Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong ownership of project outcomes.Educational requirement: Equivalent experience in a technical or business field focused on systems integration and project management is accepted.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Platform Science by 2xGet notified about new Project Manager jobs in Greater Strasbourg Metropolitan Area.Strasbourg, Grand Est, France #J-18808-Ljbffr
