Wellpath is seeking a Retention Specialist to manage renewal and retention of current and new clients within healthcare contracts. You will coordinate renewal plans, write renewal letters and price quotes, and collaborate with sales, legal, and operations to keep contracts moving forward.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (Bachelor preferred) and knowledge of contracts and healthcare terms. You will use Salesforce and Conga and participate in regular leadership calls.
