Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DeveloperAbout the job Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DeveloperAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) DeveloperDesigning, developing, and maintaining digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager and related Adobe technologiesPosition OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to build and manage web content management solutions that deliver seamless digital experiences. The role involves working with AEM authoring and publishing environments, developing custom components, templates, and workflows, and integrating AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, designers, and developers to optimize digital channels and enhance user engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesAEM Development & CustomizationDevelop and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows using Java, Sling, OSGi, and HTL (Sightly)Implement AEM authoring and publishing workflows to support content lifecycle managementIntegrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe CampaignDevelop responsive and accessible digital experiences aligned with business requirementsMaintenance & PerformanceMonitor and optimize AEM environments for performance, security, and scalabilityTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM instances and integrationsManage AEM upgrades, patches, and configuration changesWork closely with content authors, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutionsDocument AEM architecture, code standards, and operational proceduresParticipate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications5+ years experience in Adobe Experience Manager development and administrationStrong Java development skills and knowledge of OSGi, Sling, and HTL/SightlyExperience integrating AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools and third-party systemsKnowledge of web content management best practices and digital marketing conceptsPreferred QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience with Adobe Cloud Manager and AEM as a Cloud ServiceUnderstanding of DevOps practices related to AEM deploymentFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XMLAdobe certifications related to AEM or Adobe Marketing Cloud #J-18808-Ljbffr
