It is the occasion to instill an agile and dynamic mindset whilst leveraging years of experience in the SaaS and financing markets.Description du posteYour daily work :We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic Product team at SBS Digital Lending. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a passion for creating intuitive and impactful financial technology solutions, and managing a team of designers. As the Lead Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our lending products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and drive business value.Missions :Manage Design Team: Manage and lead the design team, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and collaboration among team members.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and supporting them in their career progression.Strategy : Develop and implement Product design strategies that aligns with the Business Unit’s vision and business objectives along with Head of Product.Roadmap Planning : Collaborate with Head of Product & CTO to define Roadmap planning, plan associated design goals and build execution plan with DesignersProduct Delivery: Ensure that all the designers are delivering designs aligned with the Roadmap Planning.Voice of Design: Be the voice of design at SBS Digital Lending, advocating for best practices, user needs, and innovative solutions.Lead Design Initiatives: Take ownership of the design process, from research and concept development to execution and delivery.User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Detail-oriented and Figma is no secret for you.Communication: Fluent in English.
