About BYD France BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects. Position Overview The Sales Data Specialist plays a key role in supporting sales operations through accurate data collection, analysis, and visualization. This position ensures that management and stakeholders have reliable insights to drive sales performance, improve dealer efficiency, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Data Management: Collect, consolidate, and validate sales data from dealers and internal systems. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports and provide insights on key trends. Dashboard Development: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to visualize KPIs and improve decision‑making efficiency. Business Intelligence: Work on data automation and smart reporting initiatives to enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve data processes, ensure data integrity, and support digital transformation projects. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Around 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, sales operations, or business intelligence—preferably in the automotive or retail industry. Proficient in Excel, Power BI / Tableau, and strong understanding of data visualization and automation tools. Experience with CRM systems and reporting platforms is a plus. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex data sets. Good communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams. Fluent in English and French. #J-18808-Ljbffr
