Head Of Growth - EdTech (French fluent) Paradox EN is seeking an experienced growth leader to build and scale a data‑driven revenue engine for our AI‑powered learning OS. Remote or at our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or Paris. Key Responsibilities Architect and pilot the revenue engine: transition from founder‑led marketing to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. Own funnel strategy: map, launch, and analyze A/B tests on headlines, pricing, offers, and experiment across funnels, pricing, messaging. Channel exploration & scaling: oversee paid media, identify next winning acquisition channels, and drive ROI/ROAS. Growth loops: design and optimize loops across product, retention, referral, and content. Team leadership: manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM), source talent, and set the standard of excellence. Sales alignment & revenue quality: set up tight feedback loops with Sales, prioritize high‑intent leads, and adjust targeting. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, growth experimentation, or performance marketing in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital products. Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable revenue or activation improvements. Strong data‑driven mindset: fluent in GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Amplitude, and other analytics tools. Behavioral expertise: ability to apply cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design experiences that convert. Hands‑on execution: build funnels, set up tracking, run experiments, and iterate quickly. French and English fluency (native French, fluent English). Tools & KPIs Tools: GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, Looker Studio, Figma, and any analytics stack needed to surface insights. KPI focus: LTV/CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates by stage, and 2x baseline conversion improvement.
