Étudiante en 3ème année en Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations en option Gestion Entrepreneuriat et Management d'Activités Activités principales : Elle/Il a la responsabilité des offres du domaine « Communication client » à savoir : Communication Omnicanale : Papier, Digitale, Egrénée, Com’on demand, self service Composition de communications Lettre Recommandée Omnicanale (digitale et/ou papier) Elle/Il est ainsi responsable de concevoir et d’accompagner la promotion et le développement commercial des offres de son périmètre de responsabilité. A ce titre ses missions se décomposent en trois grandes parties : Le marketing des offres : Identifier avec le Marketing Stratégique, la Direction de l’innovation et la Direction Commerciale les nouvelles offres à suggérer sur son domaine ; Réaliser le Go To Market des offres de son domaine (actuelles et futures), en cohérence avec la stratégie marketing et les autres Directions de l’entreprise ; Concevoir les supports permettant de soutenir le développement de ses offres (decks, elevator pitch…). Développement commercial des offres : Soutenir le commerce dans les actions de lead generation et de lead qualification ; Accompagner la montée en connaissance des commerciaux sur les offres de son périmètre. Accompagnement à l’avant-vente des offres : Accompagner l’avant-vente dans la production des propositions de services, voire en assurer la responsabilité globale. Profil souhaité : Dans le cadre de ses missions, elle/il doit disposer des compétences suivantes : une très bonne communication écrite et orale ; la capacité à concilier curiosité, créativité et rigueur ainsi qu’un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse prononcé ; le goût pour le travail en équipe ; la maîtrise des pratiques de Go To Market ; la connaissance des activités du Domaine et des offres dont il aura la charge et de son écosystème (acteurs, partenaires, technologies, réglementations…) ; une vision résolument orientée vers le client et l’apport de valeur ; une aisance pédagogique associée à une capacité à formaliser et à conceptualiser des approches afin de les rendre appréhendable par les forces commerciales. Issu(e) d’une formation Niveau Bac+5, elle/il doit disposer d’une expérience de 10 ans dans un domaine d’activité en proximité directe avec nos offres, d’une expérience de Bid Management et du pilotage de définition d’offres impliquant un grand nombre de contributeurs transverses.
