This role is ideal for candidates at an early stage of their sales or account management career who are eager to grow within the digital advertising ecosystem.You will work closely with new clients, guiding them through onboarding, campaign activation, and best practices to help them achieve their business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport new advertisers during the onboarding processConsult clients on campaign setup, optimization, and performanceBuild strong relationships and ensure a positive client experienceIdentify growth opportunities and upsell where appropriateWork collaboratively with internal teams in a hybrid environmentRequirementsNative or near-native Dutch and fluent EnglishStrong communication and client-facing skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentEU work permit or eligibility to work in SpainWhats OfferedBase salary: from €23,876.19 (minimum) up to €30,000.00 (maximum) per yearBonus: Minimum bonus up to €3,407.56; Maximum bonus up to €3,500.00Relocation support, including 1 month of accommodationCareer development and continuous trainingInternational and dynamic work environment in Barcelona #J-18808-Ljbffr
