About The Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Ads Onboarding Account Manager to support new advertisers in setting up and optimizing their online advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for candidates at an early stage of their sales or account management career who are eager to grow within the digital advertising ecosystem.

You will work closely with new clients, guiding them through onboarding, campaign activation, and best practices to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new advertisers during the onboarding process
  • Consult clients on campaign setup, optimization, and performance
  • Build strong relationships and ensure a positive client experience
  • Identify growth opportunities and upsell where appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams in a hybrid environment

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Dutch and fluent English
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Interest in digital marketing, online advertising, or sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • EU work permit or eligibility to work in Spain

Whats Offered

  • Base salary: from €23, minimum) up to €30, maximum) per year
  • Bonus:

  • Minimum bonus up to €3,407.56

  • Maximum bonus up to €3,500.00
